At Sue Patrick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

  Request a Return Label

  Visit our online return portal to generate a prepaid shipping label, or choose to ship the package back via your preferred carrier to our Austin, Texas storefront.

  Ship Item Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
